The Oyster lake Preservation Society is a non profit social welfare organization, which advocates for and represents the interests and preservation of Oyster Lake, including the Oyster Lake outfall, and the surrounding community of Dune Allen Subdivision. Our members gather the monthly water data for Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance, monitor all development orders for the subdivision, routinely police our lake for debris, and maintain liaison with the Coastal Dune Lake Advisory Board and Walton County Environmental Department. It is our intent to preserve the natural beauty, both visual and environmental, of our rare coastal dune lake.
